Sweepstakes begins April 1, 2012 and ends at midnight on June 30, 2012. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Claims to be postmarked no later than June 30, 2012.
Open to all residents of the US at least 21 years of age on date of entry except employees of TriMega (“Sponsor”), Fellowes, any TriMega Office Product Dealership or any other participating prize providers, or entities, including advertising agencies (or the affiliates or subsidiaries of any of them) (collectively “Event Sponsors”), and immediate family members or persons domiciled with any such employee. Sweepstakes void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
PRIZES: Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, or local taxes, and service charges associated with the prize unless expressly included. Grand Prize is as follows: Two (2) Grand Prize Winners will receive the following: One (1) Apple iPhone 4S 64GB on either AT&T, Sprint or Verizon networks, selected by the winner Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $399.00; One (1) Apple iPad2 3G 32GB on either AT&T or Verizon networks, selected by the winner ARV: $729.00. One (1) Apple iPod Nano 8GB ARV: $129.00 ; and One (1) $250 Apple iTunes Gift Card ARV: $250.00. Total ARV of each Grand Prize Package: $1,500.00.
No substitution of prize will be permitted except by Sponsor, which, at its discretion, may substitute a prize (or portion of a prize) of equal or greater value. Prize not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for complying with any applicable federal, state and/or local laws and regulations applicable to Grand Prize. The Internal Revenue Service requires a Form 1099 MISC to be issued and filed for any prize winner if the annual aggregate value of the prizes received is $600 or more. Sponsor will issue a Form 1099 MISC to the Grand Prize Winner for the ARV of the Grand Prize. Federal, State and local taxes are responsibility of each Grand Prize Winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant agrees to be bound by all conditions stated in this document. All entrants must be at least 18 years of age to enter, and legal residents of the United States to win. Void where prohibited. All prize claims are subject to your company’s gift acceptance policies. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received. Tax liability is the sole responsibility of the participant. Winners are responsible for the payment of any and all taxes and/or related local, state, federal or international taxes and/or fees that may apply to winnings. Winner will be notified by telephone, email or registered mail. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, damaged, illegible, postage-due mail, or incomplete entry forms.
